Bring your favorite pumpkin pie or other pumpkin dessert (cake, bread, cookie etc) and the recipe to share. Mary Cech, author of "The Wine Lover's Dessert Cookbook" & the forthcoming, "The Art of Savory Baking & Pastry", will speak on the topic of custards; making, baking & high altitude adjustments, with a "fall-scented" demonstration from her current cookbook.
